GUI prints a script to be submitted to HPC?

Currently, the GUI requires files to be on the local machine, but some files are in a HPC cluster. It may be more desirable to submit a script to the HPC system to perform batch work. Therefore, the GUI should have some functionality to generate the required script to submit. Users can then use the GUI to select and name what files they would want to upload, then generate script to submit to HPC systems.
