CI Testing Nektar++ files

Currently, Nektar++ datasets used to test the dataset are manually generated and stored in the repository. In future, during the CI testing process, to grab all valid datasets from the Nektar++, use the correct executable with the -i Hdf5 flag to generate the datasets. Then use these to test the pipeline.
