Changed integration weights for pyramid and prism in case an integration rule different than Gauss Radau is used. The previous value of the Jacobian in this case seemed to be half of what it should be. (/library/StdRegions/StdPyrExp.cpp line 1922 and /library/StdRegions/StdPrismExp.cpp line 1993 )
