Fixed issue with collectionsoptimisation not being able to set defaults back to eNoCollections option. Also added the adbilty to define a default option to ExpList so that these can be called from FieldConvert as defined in field.hpp

Added an option to use communication or not on LocalToGlobal and also made a new method of FillBndCondFromField method which only loads up a single boundary regions specified on input

Updated so that Helmsolve can now take a PhysSpaceFocring (default) or a provided inner product forcing

Updates related to allowing Helmsolve to be given a weak forcing condition so that in the velocity correction scheme we can give a forcing of the inner product WRT derivative of the basis

Fixed ChanFlow_3DH2D case where we were missing a clean manager for the Homo2D and ContField1D cases

Added support for multiple session readers with MPI support compiled in.
Changed GlobalLinSys objects to use weak_ptrs for ExpList, rather than
shared_ptr objects to allow correct destruction of ExpList objects.

MeshGraph can be initialised using SessionReader, which provides access to the
mesh information. Geometry automatically parsed on construction.
MeshGraph stored in ExpList.
