Filter files and Check files can be written to Separate Directories
If Nektar++ is run from a 3rd directory and both the solver and session & mesh files are explicitly referenced in separate directories - the check files are written to the same directory as the session file and the filter field files are written to the third directory.
I believe we should be writing everything to the 3rd directory. This may be forced in certain HPC circumstances where we might want to write files directly to a specific location in storage.
