Added HDF5 Documentation to NekMesh User-Guide

I have added HDF5 format conversion documentation to the NekMesh User Guide. The added documentation is inclusive of:

  • HDF5 support to the Output Modules table in Section 4.5.2
  • A new HDF5 sub-section in the documentation
  • Relevant commands to convert XMl to HDF5 format
  • The required GEOMETRY tag in the session file
  • Advantages of using HDF5 format for larger meshes and split Mesh/Session files.

Fixes #230 (closed).
