Updated CFS test with current values to correct Master MR issue

Issue/feature addressed

After merging two requests to master there was a conflict arising from the overlapping merges in one test.

Proposed solution

Modified the test values and tolerances to allow test to pass

On the 19.07 the code formatting (code style) was standardised using clang-format, over the whole Nektar++ code. This means changes in your branch will conflict with formatting changes on the master branch. To resolve these conflicts , see #295 (closed)
