Linux format some files
Issue/feature addressed
Some *.cpp, *.hpp, or *.h files have been generated using Windows, which can notably cause issue on Linux system (i.e. ^M characters at the end of the line)
Proposed solution
Using dos2unix command to convert the files.

Warning
On the 19.07 the code formatting (code style) was standardised using clang-format, over the whole Nektar++ code. This means changes in your branch will conflict with formatting changes on the master
branch. To resolve these conflicts , see
