Fix Wsign-compare warnings

There are several sign compare warning due to inconsistent use of variable type (e.g. int vs unsigned int) notably in for loop.
Proposed solution
Using explicit variable type conversion or consistent variable declaration.

On the 19.07 the code formatting (code style) was standardised using clang-format, over the whole Nektar++ code. This means changes in your branch will conflict with formatting changes on the master
