Add dummy projection to CardiacEPSolver

Issue/feature addressed

The IMEXdirk_1_2_2 and IMEXdirk_2_3_3 schemes require a DoProjection function call to properly apply the boundary conditions for the ADRSolver. This require a the definition of a dummy DoProjection function for the CardiacEPSolver to prevent segmentation fault.
