Feature/tidy up nektar tolerances

Issue/feature addressed

Tidy-up the use of tolerances in Nektar++.

Proposed solution

• Remove unused global static variable kNekLargeInt
• Remove unused global static variable kNekMinResidInit
• Remove unused global static variable kGeomRightAngleTol
• Remove redundant global static variable kNekSqrtTol and replace previous occurences by kNekMachineEpsilon
