Fix AdaptiveSFD for MPI

Issue/feature addressed

AdaptiveSFD is failing when using MPI because the session file names are not properly set for the linearised Navier-Stoke solver.

Proposed solution

The Driver is modified to look to a .xml.gz file for serial cases and for a _xml pre-partitioned directory when using MPI. The pre-partitioned _xml directory is automatically generated when using MPI.
