Fix partially overriden virtual function v_PhysEvaluate

Proposed solution

• Rename one overloaded version as v_PhysEvalFirstDeriv
• Rename one overloaded version as v_PhysEvalFirstSecondDeriv
• Rename one overloaded version as v_PhysEvaluateInterp
