Missing configurations of the 2D mesh generator

For some reason, a part of the code that was configuring the 2D mesh generator had disappeared. I just re-added them. That includes periodic boundary meshes and boundary layer thickness adjustment. The configuration of the automatic peralign was also missing surf2
