Order nodes in Gmsh output

Julian Marcon requested to merge meshing/nektar:feature/gmsh-ordered-nodes into master

This is not actually necessary in the Gmsh format but I am introducing this to comply with Aghora, the high-order code of ONERA, that Fabio is using in the framework of my secondment there. It is not necessary but it can't hurt so I figured it was fine to merge into the main codebase.
