Incremental CFL number
Compressible flow simulations can be prone to blowing up when initial conditions are sub-optimal. Decreasing the CFL number often helps stabilising the simulation at the beginning of a run. The user can typically re-increase the CFL number later on. A useful feature would be to start a simulation with a low CFL number and let it relax incrementally after some time.
