Updated a couple of fixes for extract surf when it does not have curved faces and needing to read the geometry when using the part-only options

Updated so that the correct files is checked in case of overwriting possibilty. Not this now will force an overwrite always when --nparts is used. Also updated soem syntax suggestions from Douglas

Updated to use different communicators for CreateGraph and eOutput modules when running with --nprocs option

Modified the --nprocs option to use writemultiplefiles option on output modules so we get a series of files generated

Fix rest of solvers, utilities and libraries, and add HashUtils to fix some issues with C++11 unordered data structures
