Update to incorporate periodic boundary conditions into DisContField1D expansions and also fixed but where m_coordim was defined multiply in PointGeom. This version passes basic tests in Demos/MultiRegions and the advection test in ADRSolver but not the burgers test and LDG 1D tests. This is likely because the logic to negate flux normals still needs updating
