Updates to provide a EquiSpaced To Ceofficient space transformation and then allow the PointDatToFld routine to use these points

Fixed bug where the variable names was dumped for all processors. Also added a debugging ascii output

Fixed a bug and missing routine in PyrGeom for 3D compression methods. Also included a new regression test of a Cube of all elements in compressed format

Updated version of Vertex Compression following Chris and Dave's suggestions and enabling optional compress option in MeshConvert. Also modified a regression test to have compressed format.

This has also been parallelised so that  ntot/nproc blocks of data are processed on each proc.
This should be using the automatic range estimation to ensure the whole mesh does not need to be loaded and should be able to use the --nproc --procid options for semi-serial processing. On parallel running nproc output files are generated that should be concatinated to make a suitable output file.

Fix/ins coupled stability solver

This MR fixes the coupled stability solver.

New points was not being updated in the correct place. Fixed by moving position of updating ppe map

The equispacedoutput was not working which also affected the isocontour extraction. There was an initialisation issue on one array which seem to be the problem so this fix addresses that. There will be a subsequent branch introducing a regression test.
