Removed duplicate code definition inside MultiRegions.hpp

Removed duplicate code and especially enum, struct or other data structure definitions inside MultiRegions.hpp. The commit history shows 1-1 the deleted duplicate structures. Special attention was given to const char* const GlobalSysSolnTypeMap[] and enum GlobalSysSoln to keep the ones which include the Saena options.
