Compilation problem in Victoria

Cmake is failing in the workstations with the error:

CMake Error at cmake/ThirdPartyLoki.cmake:37 (FILE):
   file COPY cannot find

 "/home/dserson/Programs/nektar++_git/nektar++_2/ThirdParty/loki-0.1.3/include/
 loki".
 Call Stack (most recent call first):
   CMakeLists.txt:171 (INCLUDE)

I noticed this is caused by using

SET(TPURL   https://www.nektar.info/thirdparty)

instead of

SET(TPURL   http://www.nektar.info/thirdparty)

but I don't want to revert this change because I do not know what motivated it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
