Aerodynamic forces not working properly in 2D cases - Fy(visc) always zero.
A bug has been found in the code affecting the proper calculation of aerodynamic forces in 2D cases. The y-component of the force was not properly decoupled. The total force in y-direction is built as Fy(tot) = Fy(visc) + Fy(press). Each one of these two components are calculated integrating over the selected boundaries the shear stress and the pressure respectively. Because of a typos all the contributions were added uniquely to Fy(press) leaving Fy(visc) always equal to zero. While the final Fy(tot) was correct, it was not possible to appreciate the amplitude of the two contributions in the output file. The issue has now been fixed in branch fix/forces.
