Hdf5 output crashes on ARCHER2 for 512 cores and more
The current version of the code crashes with an error message "Hdf5 cannot open file" when running on ARCHER2 using 4 nodes (512 cores) or higher. The code works fine for a lower number of nodes (nodes =1,2 and 3). The error is independent of the Hdf5 library and occurs for both cray-hdf5-parallel module of ARCHER2 and the ThirdParty package shipped with Nektar++
