CFL-based failure output

Most of the times, when simulations blow up no checkpoints are available close enough to the failure. We therefore need to rely on various other indicators to understand why an instability arose. It can be useful to visually inspect the flow field right before it blows up. This features allows to:

  • select a treshold CFL number beyond which the flow field is written (once only)
  • Select a delay from the beginning of the simulation for this feature to become operational (useful when initialising a new geometry, with the flow field yet to adjust)
