New BC for implicit cfs & Ducros sensor fix

Ganlin requested to merge feature_ImplicitSolver_stable_addBC_new into feature_ImplicitSolver_stable
  1. Fix the Ducros sensor (zero the veriables for a new iteration);
  2. Add new BC files EnforceRhoP.cpp/h to the compressible flow solver;
  3. Add a test case for new BC.
