Fix: add v_ and override to bodyFittedVelocity filter function. Obtain the max for temperature field.

Issue/feature addressed

The boduFittedVelocity filter will not be called since the upstream function Proess() becomes v_Process(). The temperature eienfunction in the boundary layer cannot be obtained when perturb the steady compressible flow.

Proposed solution

Bug fix: add the v_ and override to respective functions. Also record the max/min/original for density, pressure, and temperature.
