Change _mm_store_pd to _mm_store_epi32 in scatter function in sse2

Change _mm_store_pd to _mm_store_epi32 in sse2.h. This MR is a follow-up of !1551 (merged). The original motivation for the MR is to avoid compilation error when compiling the redesign project with nvcc.
