Fix/tolerance kova flow m10 vcs implicit svv

Issue/feature addressed

The IncNavierStokesSolver_KovaFlow_m10_VCSImplicit_SVV test added in MR !1592 (merged) fails on the CI due to overtight tolerance. This MR address this issue.
