This a tidy-up of the I/O in the BasicUtils library.

Implementation

• Rename v_ImportFieldData to v_ImportPtsFieldData in PtsIO.h class and subclasses (CsvIO.h).
• Remove deprecated metadata code in FieldIOXml.cpp
• Remove unused code in SessionReader.cpp
• Remove commented code
