Update AssemblyMap to reduce verbosity when using parallel-in-time

Issue/feature addressed

Using the --verbose option in combination of the Parareal driver results in multiple duplicate data (for every time chunk) being printed. This significantly affect readability.

Proposed solution

Only print out Assembly data for one time chunk as data are simply duplicate across time chunks.
