Fix segmentation error in IncNavierStokesSolver when AeroForces filter is used

Issue/feature addressed

This MR fix a segmentation fault in IncNavierStokesSolver introduced by MR !1495 (merged). The problem occurs because m_aeroForces in IncNavierStokes.cpp is initialized only if MovingReferenceFrame is used which cause a segmentation fault when the AeroForces filter is used withtout MovingReferenceFrame. This MR fix this issue.
