Fix/pkg fieldutils

Chris Cantwell requested to merge fix/pkg-fieldutils into master

This MR fixes the missing FieldUtils binary packages and adds a packaging version number to the package version in case a particular Nektar++ version needs to be repackaged. Eventually, this will all be replaced by proper packaging using distribution tools, but this ensures we distribute this library in the meantime.
