This MR adds the 2011 Advanced Instability Methods tutorial given in Cambridge.

This MR adds CMake support to the tutorials for compiling PDF and HTML versions and eventually for testing the examples. It also adds the necessary styling and fixes to make the stability tutorial compile to HTML.

Crete summer school tutorial

This MR adds the tutorial given at the Global Instability Computations summer school in September 2015.

Document now consistent throughout. Everything works against released version. Need to add 2.5D case and Floquet analysis.
