Introduction of a Helmholtz tutorial to introduce users to elliptic solvers.

@ccantwel Chris this would be good to have for the workshop. I have asked one of my project students to check over it and he said it seemed fine. I have added some regression tests based on the basics-advection-diffusion

@ssherw There appear to be at least one of the image files missing for this. I only see Helm_mesh.png and Helm_soln.png. In particular, it seems to be missing img/Helm_mesh_gmsh.

Could you check if there are any other files which have not been added?

@ssherw I have had a quick read through the tutorial and fixed some typos and places where the text was not too clear. Will merge as is and we can revise later if other issues arise.
