Change regression tests for new NekMesh bindings

This MR changes the test regex syntax for NekMesh tests to align with the work done in nektar!1149 (merged).

Hi Dave, I had a look over this MR. Most if the changes seem related to the change from NekMeshUtils to NekMesh. However i could not see if there was any documentation on the use of the python interface. Did I miss something? Should we at least add something to the develops guide? I looked at the tutorial but it just seems similar changes form NekMeshUtils?

@ssherw Yep that's correct, most changes are indeed related to this. Seemed to make sense since we were moving the modules over from NekMesh anyway!

No you're right, we didn't document this -- my mistake. These tutorial changes just adjust the targets. I'll try to see if we can add at least something to the developer guide.
