Merge branch 'fix/FieldConvert_EquiSpacedOutput' into 'master'

New points was not being updated in the correct place. Fixed by moving position of updating ppe map

The equispacedoutput was not working which also affected the isocontour extraction. There was an initialisation issue on one array which seem to be the problem so this fix addresses that. There will be a subsequent branch introducing a regression test.
