Change tests to compare other implementations with StdMat version

  1. Updated the test for BwdTrans_SumFac, BwdTrans_CUDA, Ipwrtbase_CUDA to compare with the StdMat implementations

  2. Activated square case

TODO (for BwdTrans_SumFac): *CPU SumFac version of BwdTrans needs to be implemented for the tests.
